To update your details, please click on the 3 Lines at the top-right corner of your screen. Click on the pencil icon which will be found on the right of your profile details including your name.

Change any relevant details including name, email, phone number or picture and click on save.
If you forgot your password please click on “Forgot my Password”

This will prompt an email to be sent, please follow the instructions in the email to reset or change your password

We hold the minimum details required for purposes including ride fulfilment and prevention of fraud. Limited details including your name, phone number /and/or your email are shared with our partners to facilitate the process of fulfilling a ride

We never share your details with 3rd parties unless it is required from us from the relevant authorities
<p>To book a ride please click on &ldquo;Where to?&rdquo; on the main screen of the Kabcompare app, proceed to choose the start and drop-off addresses. Click on &ldquo;Next&rdquo;, if this does no appear please click on the &ldquo;Where to&rdquo; line below the pick-up address. Choose the pick-up time and the car type. You will be presented with a number of quotes from different Partners. You may choose to sort the quotes by Price or ETA. Once you&rsquo;re chosen quote is selected, please click on &ldquo;Book Now&rdquo;, if you are unable to click on Book Now, please ensure that the Partner quote has been selected first and that a green tick appears on the left of the Partner name. Selected your preferred payment method and click on Pay Now/Book Now. Wait for the confirmation page, which will automatically disappear (in case it does not please click on the back button until you are on the original booking screen) Swipe up the &ldquo;Current/Upcoming Bookings&rdquo; section at the bottom of your screen to manage your bookings.</p>

Click on your booking and click on “Call Partner”

Please note that once the ride has started you will not be able to call the partner directly, instead communicate with your driver who will then transfer any relevant message to the partner.
If you made any mistake on your booking please call the partner as soon as you can to rectify the mistake and agree on the conditions.
<p>Unfortunately, due to our sophisticated pricing methods we are unable to offer the possibility to change a booking. Instead you should to contact the partner as soon as you can. Please note that you will be responsible to negotiate and settle any extra fares due to the partner as result of your change, the partner must also agree to the change. In case you are unable to reach a mutual agreement please cancel the booking. Keep in mind that in certain situations we may charge a cancellation fee.
